Verizon Extravert 2 phone with slide out keyboard and touch screen. Works perfectly. Included is a Verizon Jetpack/mifi hotspot. One power cord that works for charging both the phone and the jetpack/mifi is included. These devices belonged to my grandparents and they no longer need them at their new living facility.
